I am too! We'll have to chat about our thoughts once we both read it. & those are the adidas handball spezial in preloved green, soo cute (and not a bad price!)
oh that sounds delish -- always down for more marinade recipes!!! [also i came here to say thank you for the shout out and for reading my newsletter and got distracted by the honey lime chicken lmao]
the new chicken thigh marinade hyperfixation - combine 2/3 cup soy sauce, 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1/2 cup minced green onion, 3 tbsp honey, 2-3 cloves minced garlic, 1/3 tsp ground ginger, S&P to taste. soak your chicken things! grill or cook on a cast iron so they get all seared and yummy.
also, pairs incredibly with trader joe’s spicy squiggly noodles 👀

Love reading your brain dumps! We did a Xmas family trip to Hawaii instead of doing gifts a couple years ago and it was the best!
Thank you! These are the most fun to write, i’m so glad you like them.
Ah, Hawaii, how amazing! I am so interested to see if this is a tradition that sticks. Hoping so!
I love so much that you include a “proud of” section!! That can get so overlooked but it matters so much!
I'm so delayed (took a little social media break) but thank you! Totally agree, sometimes we have to enjoy those little moments!
i need to make the honey lime chicken thighs immediately !!!
sooo good. this week I made a korean/japanese marinade situation that is rivaling the honey lime - can share if you’re interested!
