day three: copenhagen, denmark
our last day in the city that needs to be at the top of your travel list.
Day three in CPH was arguably the best day. Our last day in the city that needs to be at the tippy-top of your travel list. If you missed it - we took an incredible trip to Scandinavia and i’m breaking it down day-by-day for you, because there really is that much goodness to share.
Highly suggest getting caught up on the last two days:
The high-level itinerary + what’s to come:
Day 1-3: Copenhagen, Denmark (we’re wrapping up here!)
Day 4-8: Lofoton Islands, Norway
Day 8-9: Oslo, Norway
day three
We got it started with coffee and pastries (of course), enjoying a beautiful walk across the pedestrian bridges to P88 Café & Coffee Bar. Sit on their beautiful patio right on the canals, I promise you won’t regret it.
Then it was on to shopping! We walked over to Store Regnegade St and weaved our way through what I’d consider the shopping district. There is about every store you could imagine, but some noteworthy stops:
NAKED - those trendy sneakers you’ve been eyeing? Guarantee they have them. This store is heavenly with sneakers, apparel and accessories from Ganni, Adidas, Salomon, ASICS, etc.
Les Deux - menswear brand that we stumbled upon and all ended up buying something. I found a sick jersey that I’m obsessed with to this day.
Le Fix - tucked back in an alleyway, this is another mens clothing store with three floors of finds and art.
Maria Black - right in front of le fix, this jewelry was super unique - I loved how some of the styles looked like they were dripping off of your ear.
A.P.C. - out of my price range personally, but was a beautiful store and was fun to browse in person.
Carhartt WIP - as a Detroiter, it never gets less weird to see Carhartt in international cities (especially because we don’t have WIP store in Detroit). This is a must stop though, the best graphic tees and comfy finds.
American Vintage - known for their soft, colorful sweater vests and cardigans, another brand that is fun to check out in person vs. online.
Magnolias - a great thrift shop in a sea of bigger name brand shops.
Collectors Cage - you’ve probably seen this on tiktok, but if you’re looking for a designer bag, this is the stop.
Wilen Store - classic CPH fashion, I’m loving the fall fashion they are posting now. Looks like I need to go back!
Rains - a bit niche, but if you’re in need of a quality waterproof jacket, these are incredibly nice.
Items I’d be buying from these stores now? Let’s hit it:

Next, we packed our swimsuits and towels and headed to the Refshaleøen neighborhood, first getting lunch at Reffen Street Food Market. This place is giant, so much bigger than I imagined, and full of every food stand you could imagine. It was fun to walk around and check out all of the options, beer garden, skate park, etc.
You may be in need of a coffee or pastry at this point in the day, and there are two great coffee/bakery spots nearby, Hart and Lille Bakery.
Once you’ve caffeined-up, walk over to La Banchina, one of the most unique spots in Copenhagen. Nothing quite like finding a spot on the dock, enjoying a spritz, swim, and sauna and soaking up the sun. Super laid-back and casual vibe - it is totally worth the trip to this neighborhood.
Back near the hotel, we kept our swim + spritz tour going, heading back to Ophelia Pads before freshening up for dinner.
Of course we had to head back to Brus one more time too.
Dinner was at a newer, quaint little neighborhood spot called Bar Moro. We all ended up loving this dinner - great atmosphere and service, amazing starters (if it’s still on the menu, get the elevated chips and dip), fresh and delicious entrees. This might of been my favorite meal so far, which was perfect for our last night.
We bar hopped a bit, slowly making our way back towards our hotel, packing up and getting ready for our travel day. Copenhagen, thank you for treating us so well!
day three packing guide
Outfits for day three are the perfect mix of being comfortable and cute. I love this layered look - take it as inspo for a fall outfit as much as a CPH-fit. Although don’t forget to pack a swimsuit and sunscreen for La Banchina!

Hope you enjoyed the Copenhagen breakdown! We did create a google map with every spot in CPH we had saved pinned, if you’d like to check it out. Next up, we head to Lofoten Islands, Norway - I really can’t wait to show you this leg of the trip.
